Pacific Retreat has been architecturally designed to maximise comfort and leisure. The property is set over three levels with a heated swimming pool and spa on the ground level and living areas and bedrooms on the upper two floors. There are a number of indoor and outdoor seating and dining options on all three levels of the house, including two indoor lounge areas. The property is located 1 km from Little Oneroa Beach and 2km from Oneroa Beach, shops, restaurants and bars.
Note: the property has entrance-stairs and the internal property stairs have no gates, the pool has compliant fencing but is quite open so children need adult supervision at all times.

Special conditions:
Stay Waiheke requires a $1000 cash bond payable to Stay Waiheke via visa or mastercard on all bookings. The bond is charged 7 days prior to arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure pending property inspection.
