This new, yet unique batch has all you need for a no-fuss holiday from modern appliances to banquet seating to a covered deck and BBQ . The main bedroom is its own escape with a standalone bathtub and private deck. The kid's room is in a carpeted, fully insulated garage (a novelty for the young car enthusiast). The property has oodles of decks including the "happy hour deck" with lounge seating and a fire pit.

The space
The main living area is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room space with banquette seating. There is also a TV and wood-burning stove. The slider doors take you to a covered deck with a BBQ. There is a toilet and shower on this level.

The kid's room (mind you, it's a comfortable space for low-maintenance adults too) is well-equipped with books and toys.

In the master bedroom, you will find a queen-sized bed, standalone bathtub, toilet, and work desk. There is a private deck off to the side with an epic view of Lion Rock, the beach, and mountains.

The backyard is unique - a series of retaining walls and decking including a lounging deck with a firepit.
