THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings care strictly prohibited. The property can not be used as a venue for celebrations or events. Please keep noise and music at acceptable levels not to disturb the neighbours.

SECURITY CAMERA: There is a security camera facing the driveway. Is is recording 24/7, but are not monitored while the guests are in residence. If there is cause for concern, the footage may be reviewed.

PETS: Got a small treasured family dog who loves holidays too? We’re always happy to welcome up to 2 small (under 15kg), well-behaved dogs, that’s over 1-year old. Some conditions apply, just check with us before you make your booking. Pet fee is $30 per stay.

COMMERCIAL LINEN SERVICE & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee. Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of $75 for that week. You will be contacted about this extra amount after your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the external booking channel Resolution Centre.
