One of Piha's most beautiful and unique beach houses. Elevated on the ridge in North Piha means it is very private but has incredible beachfront views.
Two-level beach view house is on one of the beach's prime locations, over the road from the beach.
The open plan kitchen/dining/living area has french doors opening onto a large deck overlooking the ocean, and a beautiful table and chairs for outdoor dining. Around the side, you will find the comfortable sofa which also opens to the o, clean and comfortable outdoor seating with Spa. You can use it in winter to steam at night.
The fabulous upstailivinging area has a balcony with doors overlooking Lion Rock and Piha beach views. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms with sliding windows to stunning beach views. There is a bathroom, and shower in between.
Downstairs is a living room with a sliding door to the balcony with a kitchenette & fridge and TV. There are two more bedrooms. One with Queen size bed. And the other 4 single bunk beds. The rooms lead onto the deck with stunning ocean views.
This place is one of the most unique in Piha because it's so close to the beach but completely private at the same time.
This house is sought after, you walk at the end of the driveway, cross the road to sand due and there you are the beach. You can hear that beautiful sea 24/7. One car is parked at the end of the driveway. This driveway is shared please park any extras on the road.
Strictly no events or parties of any occasion are allowed. Plenty of fees are $5000 each day for breaches of events held.
