Positive: It was cheap and available on the night. Hot shower. Private bathroom. Clean. Loved the Innovative solution for cost effective accommodation. Easy off street parking. Easy check in.

Negative: Not sound proof, could hear someone's phone alarm going continuously. No extractor fan in bathroom. One more cover on bed would be good. Shower pressure seemed to come and go.
