Only a 7 minute walk to Cuba St the city’s vibrant entertainment area where you have a large choice of restaurants and bars, live music, interesting and unique stores, Galleries, recycled boutiques, and vintage music shops.
Located on a rear section the house offers an open plan living area with comfortable seating, a breakfast bar and a dining table with 4 chairs which is also a great spot to use your laptop.
The kitchen is well supplied with utensils, crockery and complimentary basics for cooking such as olive oil, flour, seasonings, tea, coffee and milk.
Both generous size bedrooms have queen size beds and the bathroom has a large shower and full-size bath, all essentials are provided.
The gas fireplace in the lounge will keep you cosy in the cooler months and there are electric blankets and heaters for each room.
The lovely Victorian veranda is a great place to sit for morning coffee and pastries bought from the local European bakery.
Parking is not avaliable on the property, on street parking is in coupon parking zones and can sometimes be difficult to find. However we are so close to the city you can easily walk or catch a bus or taxi/uber.
