Paihia CBD a short walk away yet totally private and very quiet. Extensive outdoor living with large heated salt water pool & outdoor lounge area. Five large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, unlimited fibre Wifi, massive living areas. Fully equipped kitchen with automatic espresso machine & essential appliances. Quality linen & towels provided.
Please note this property is not suitable for party groups or functions and we do not accept bookings from groups of young adults. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, inside or out. Parking for 3 vehicles in the triple garage.
The pool is fully heated from Labour Weekend to April. From May to Labour Weekend it can be heated for an additional fee.
