Russell Sprout Cottage is a delightful little holiday house in the historic township of Russell - Kororareka.
A flat 10min stroll to the wharf, restaurants,shops and swimming.
Within sight of the Russell Boating Club.
2min drive or short walk to the beautiful ocean Long Beach.
The house will be made up for your arrival with fresh linen and there is ample off street parking.
The Cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom with an extra second loo as well.
A max of 5 people.
The spacious Queen room has a private terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a king single bed.
There's a sunny all weathers deck and BBQ area and a well equipped kitchen supplied with the basics of tea/coffee/salt/pepper/olive oil etc.
All linen is provided and the beds are freshly made up for your arrival with fresh cotton sheets.
The house has an HRV system so cool filtered air is pumped through the house on summer evenings and theres a cosy wood burner for the winter.
There is a smart TV with Netflix,You Tube etc and it works with chromecast if you want to cast from your phone or mobile device.
Please note no TV reception.
Well positioned to explore the Bay of Islands.
Can be rented in conjunction with the neighbouring Bobbas Bach for larger groups of max 13.
