Positive: Place seemed clean and alright.

Negative: Where to start. Electrical seems sketchy, there is no insulation to prevent noise from the upstairs unit from reaching the downstairs. Every little noise is heard from walking to talking. TV placement is a bit weird like they installed it not across from the couch but behind the dining table. No hand towel and tea towel provided despite the instructions asking to dry the dishes if used.
