Negative: for a large house (5 bedroom), the basic provisions were seriously lacking. Ran out of detergent, toilet paper and body wash. Supplied with ONE TEATOWEL. and no bin liners. Rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The one dishcloth was filthy and we had no replacement available. The house was fine, but it was very disappointing to have to ask for basic supplies such as a tea towel!

Summary: Disappointed in basic supplies for large house.
