The Space:

The Excelsa shopping centre is also only a 10 minute walk away, where you can enjoy a coffee at Henry & Teds or a movie at the boutique Tivoli cinema. You can also enjoy a variety of restaurants and mouth-watering baking from Rise bakery, famous for their pies.

The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleeps 7. The spacious master bedroom with ensuite has a super king bed and a walk-in closet as well as a TV. Bedroom 2 offers two single beds (one is a trundle) and bedroom 3 is a child’s bedroom with a single bed only suited to a child. The very spacious 4th bedroom has a king bed and is located at the entrance. Both the master bedroom and bedroom 4 open on to the large deck and garden which is fully fenced to keep young children and the family dog safe. The house also features a large laundry area with washer and dryer and ample storage.

This is the perfect spot for a year-round escape, offering air-conditioning for the summer / heatpump for the colder winter months. If the weather has you stuck indoors, enjoy the smart TV’s and Netflix and of course the must-have WiFi on hand to keep you connected! Smaller kids will enjoy the variety of toys in the kid’s bedroom

LINEN & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings over the max of 6 adults and 1 child is strictly prohibited. The property can not be used as a venue for any celebrations or events.
