Local superettes, supermarket, boat ramp & restaurants are 1-2 minute drive or a leisurely 5-8 minute stroll away. The stunning harbourside golf course and sports ground are only a short drive also.
Located at the rear of the main residential dwelling which is beachfront, the cottage has its own access, verandah & private off street parking for one vehicle.
