Positive: Really large and spacious three bedroom house with two bathrooms and a further separate toilet. Large and well equipped kitchen. Good view of the ocean from the deck. Large garage with laundry facilities.

Negative: The seating/lounge suite in the TV area isn't very comfy but the main sofa is. Honestly, wouldn't change anything else.
