Set on two levels, upstairs offers generous family living in a spacious Lockwood design. An open plan kitchen, lounge and dining all flowing out to the expansive sunny wrap-around deck. You have the choice of in-door dining at the large 8 seat dining table or out on the deck overlooking the bay.
The large master bedroom offers a King bed and 2 walk in wardrobes and seaviews. Enjoy breakfast in bed and look out over the bay! There is a second bedroom upstairs with 2 King Single beds and a large wardrobe, with views over the natural bush surrounds. Upstairs is a large bathroom, toilet and laundry with washing machine, tub and dryer.
Downstairs flat provides a separate living/entertaining area, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features a Queen and Single bed and the other bedroom has a set of Single Bunk beds and a Double/Single Bunk. Note access to the downstairs area is via external stairs at front or rear of house.
Note: Linen for beds and Towels is not included. You can bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels or these can be easily provided for you on request for an additional hire charge.
A flat area at the top of the drive provides plenty of off street parking and a nice play area for kids.
A short 300m stroll from the house is Brophy's Beach which offers safe swimming and a boat ramp. A 5 minute drive into central Whitianga and you can enjoy some shopping or a meal out at one of the many cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also 2 supermarkets and a Four Square in Whitianga for all your grocery needs.
