The Space:
Both bedrooms are spacious and located on the lower level. The main bedroom has a super king bed, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and its very own deck with a couch. The second bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet space and the second bathroom is just next door. Across from the bathroom is the laundry area with a washer and dryer, which are both free for your use. There is also a dedicated office downstairs with two desks and two chairs - perfect for those travelling for business.
Upstairs, the kitchen features bespoke New Zealand-made cabinetry, lacquered finish, and soft-close technology. Equipped with Scholtes appliances including a pyrolytic oven, induction hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and separate wine fridge, you'll find everything you may need to cook your own meals.
On either side of the kitchen are the living areas. The first, you’ll find right next to the balcony to enjoy the views. The other living area has plenty of comfy seating and a widescreen TV connected to Apple TV. Netflix has been provided! Feel free to log in to any of the other apps that Apple TV provides. There are two dining space options - one indoor and one outdoor. Each provides seating for 4 people.
We provide our guests with free unlimited Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities. Plus, we use a high quality cleaning company. Therefore, the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Ponsonby – To the West of the CBD and a 5-minute walk from the apartment, Ponsonby boasts impressive architecture, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here. This neighbourhood is especially great for fine dining, as this is an up-market area of Auckland.
Karangahape Road (a.k.a. K-Road) – Also a 5-minute walk from the apartment, K-Road delivers Auckland's most dynamic night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and great takeaways are what K-Road is known for.
Queen Street (Auckland's main street) – Filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies parallel to Queen Street.
At the bottom of Queen Street is the Britomart area, which is also filled with restaurants and bars. Here you will find one of Auckland’s major public transport hubs, in the form of the Britomart Station.
The Viaduct Harbour – Location of The New Zealand Maritime Museum. You can also catch ferries to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto. Also you can go on a whale and dolphin safari from here. Silo Park is a short walk away in the Wynyard Quarter, where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening.
Federal Street – Next to the Sky Tower, you can't miss it! There are a lot of really nice bars, restaurants, and cafes on this street. Here you’ll locate the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. You can also dine at the top of the tower at the restaurant with the best views in Auckland!
Aotea Square – Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you’ll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.
Albert Park, Auckland Art Gallery and Auckland War Memorial Museum – Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read. Next door on Wellesley Street is Auckland Art Gallery. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find yourself in Auckland Domain. This is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property, but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml body wash, 4x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray, and wipes. Please take note that you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. We kindly ask that you do not take the large refillable bottles provided, as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth, and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
