Stunning views of Flagstaff from the front & a beautiful Garden outlook from the back. This apartment ideally suits a couple, friends and Overseas visitors. The comfortable Double Sofa bed in the lounge area can accommodate another couple or children. Unlimited Fibre, Wifi (no restriction on usage), Sky TV, & a DVD Player are all available.
Additional Linen, Towels, Tea, Coffee & a few pantry stables, are supplied free of charge.
A designated guest car park is provided directly outside the property entrance.
The large, private, sunny, fenced garden is both child & pet friendly and has various seating areas, including outdoor dining table & chairs, umbrellas, loungers, along with a BBQ and fresh herbs right outside the kitchen door.
The Laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer (also a drying rack, iron, laundry powder, Blow-dryer, extension cords etc.
The Kitchen has a full fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils etc. The heat pump in the lounge keeps the whole apartment warm and comfortable.

Roslyn, Ann Street, is a quiet, sunny. safe neighborhood and guests love the fact the apartment is so close to town and the Roslyn shopping center, but so quiet and peaceful.

The Apartment is only 10 - 15 minutes from the center of the city and all the major amenities and Tourist attractions Dunedin has to offer. 5 minutes to the Octagon/ Railway station etc by car. Mercy Hospital, Ryman Healthcare Village, Moana Pool all within close proximity. Good bus service close by, which provides transport to town, University, Hospital area and return.

There is one supermarket and several restaurants located in the Roslyn shopping center, which is only a 5 mins walk (at the bottom of the street). Mercy Hospital is only a five minute drive along Highgate and Moana Pool in located down Stuart Street also only 5 mins, all of these locations are within walking distance from the flat.

The City Center (the Octagon) is 3 minutes by car or you can take an enjoyable 10 - 15 minute walk downhill into town.

All linen is provided, tea, coffee and pantry basics, plus free range eggs.
