4 Bedroom House in Omokoroa

Large, sunny, home centrally located in coastal Omokoroa. Our two-story home is set in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoy watching the godwits fly overhead, sunshine, sea views and our kids live their best lives biking and fishing all over the peninsula. Upstairs is the living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (the bunkroom and 1 queen). Downstairs are two further bedrooms both with queen beds and another bathroom and laundry. Our house has plenty of off street parking, a vegetable garden, trampoline and a large deck- perfect for alfresco dining.

In the evening enjoy colorful sunsets over the Kaimai ranges and sea views in both directions. Easy walking distance to the supermarket, café, restaurant, bakery and more! Our place is on the doorstep to the wonderful cycle way and peninsula walk. A short 5 min walk from our place leads you to a quiet sandy beach at Cooney's Reserve-which is ideal for little kids (best at high tide). Otherwise the wharf and main beach + playground is great for older kids -fishing, bombs off the wharf and ice-cream's in the sun etc! Also nearby is the amazing skate park and sports fields. Omokoroa is a great place to base yourself as easy access to many great day trips- 20 mins Puketoki secenic reserve, 30 mins Mt Maunganui beach, ~1 1/4 hr Rotorua, ~1 1/4 hr Whakatane, ~40 mins Waihi Beach, ~1 1/4 Whangamata.

*This is our family home and we hope you find it a relaxing getaway here. Please note this is our primary family residence and we will be away on holiday. Please don't expect 5 star accommodation. We will have many non-valuable personal items in drawers and a few spare drawers for you to use. Please note our garage will not be accessible.
