Summary: Not the room we booked. Booked a poolside room with 2 single beds. Instead ended up with a big long walk down this ridiculously long foyer to a room that faced the garden, the pool was not even close to this room. The room had a king bed, so had to walk all the way back to be told that they did not have a room with 2 singles and that we would need to ‘split’ the king in half. Staff member that was on shift was very helpful there though. It just sucks when they can’t get the very basics right and just give you what you have booked and paid for! Meh review…
