This vey tidy four bedroom house has it all for your weekend getaway. Take a stroll through the beautiful park like grounds. Stunning various trees. Enjoy dinner looking out to the large green lawn. Plenty of space to kick a ball or a game of cricket.
This stunning home is only a 5 minute drive to the busy little Te Puke township. There is something for everyone to do in town. Eat dinner out at one of the local spots: Jellicoe St Bar & Eatery, Vesey's Indian, Mexican, Smart India and many more.
There are two great supermarkets: New world & Countdown, so you can cook something at home in the cottages light and bright modern kitchen, then just sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet... or if you choose you can login to your Netflix account and watch a movie with the heat pump and some popcorn!
This homes living area is open plan and very sunny spacious and warm, it has four good sized rooms. The master has a queen sized bed, so do the other two large double rooms. and the last bedroom has a king single (perfect for grandma!).
There is a nice warm heat pump and some very comfortable furniture. The bathroom is an all in one with the shower, toilet and vanity, a perfect design for a family of four.
