The house offers extensive water views from Maraetai in the south to Rangitoto to the north and the city lights. As well as views from all bedrooms.
Access is an easy 900m walk from to the bus stop (stop 1117) or a 10km drive/taxi from the Matiatia passenger ferry. Or if you are coming by the car ferry it only a 5min drive to the Kennedy Point ferry.
