Summary: International retired couple; stayed 7 nites. Glad there was a comfy bed on first floor because loft bed up very steep ladder w/o bathroom would not have worked for us. One drawback was disgustingly greasy broiler pan left in oven. Beware property is next to a fairly well-traveled road and RR tracks (very frequent short commuter trains during the AM/PM). You can tune them out after a while. Good A/C system and amazing shower (but a bit slippery floor---maybe add a rubber mat or adhestive no-slip strips?). Would recommend.
