This relaxed, classic Kiwi bach offers all the easy-going charm you want in a Whangamatā holiday, paired with an unbeatable location just a short stroll from the beach, cafes, shops and the harbour.
It’s an ideal base for families, friend groups and anyone looking for a comfortable, low-key place to unwind without the fuss. Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement – however, the property is not fully-fenced.
The property consists of the main house and sleep-out. You will have access to both, which gives you 4+ bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The main house is thoughtfully laid out and wheelchair-friendly, with generous indoor–outdoor flow and space for everyone to spread out. There is a wheelchair ramp to the house - and one of the bathrooms is suitable for a wheelchair. In the main house, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a shower and toilet, the other with a bath and toilet—making it practical for mixed groups. The home’s simplicity adds to its appeal: it’s an older property that’s been well loved, easy to settle into, and perfect for relaxed beach days followed by long evenings together.
The separate sleep-out adds real flexibility. It includes an additional bedroom, living space with extra beds, its own bathroom, and additional amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee station. It’s a great spot for teenagers, grandparents or anyone who prefers their own quiet retreat while still being close to the action.
Across the road, there is an access way to a childrens playground.
With its classic bach atmosphere, comfortable layout and superb proximity to everything Whangamatā is known for, this is a welcoming holiday home is perfect for groups of up to 13 guests maximum.
There is an air-conditioning/heat-pump unit in the living area of the main house.

Parking: Plenty of off-street parking for a 9m boat, plus a few additional vehicles. There is a carport, but no garage.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Only the number of guests on your booking are permitted at the property during your stay.
