The ground floor occupies a large formal living room with a wine cellar that includes a bar fridge; on the other side of the living area is the kitchenette / dining. Upstairs there are two separate suites - The Mount View Suite has a king bed and a bath to soak in while absorbing the gorgeous views towards Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and the Omokoroa peninsula. The Kaimai View Suite also with a king bed, has views of the Kaimai Ranges and Omokoroa Harbour towards Bowentown and beyond.
