There is also a separate lounge area with a sofa bed and private deck off the master bedroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the top level, along with the family bathroom. Bedroom two is fitted with a queen bed and a spacious ensuite, bedroom 3 is fitted with two single king beds which can be converted into a queen bed, and bedroom 4 is fitted with a double bunk set. All beds in this property are less than 6 years old and are very comfortable. For days in the sun, the fully fenced and private yard offers a great place for the kids to play. or wander to the beach just 90 metres from your private back door access to the beach which is only a short 2 minute walk!
