The Red Barn is a modern, purpose-built property, set on tranquil Lake Okareka farmland. Rural setting but still only minutes from the lake and boat ramp for boating and fishing. Excellent facility for hikers, bikers, fishing and boating. Great for families and for those supporting or participating in local marathons and multi sport events, Redwood mountain bike series, Blue Lake rowing competitions, the Rotorua Bike Festival and the world famous Crankworx event, plus the many other activities held within the Rotorua region. Suitable for meetings and small seminars. Plenty of room for parking, including secure garden shed to store your bikes, etc, and containing 2 kayaks and 3 mountain bikes available for guests (including life jackets and bike helmets). The Red Barn has all the mod cons you are looking for with a tranquil relaxed atmosphere. Three Bedrooms, two bathrooms, 4 toilets. Plenty of indoor/outdoor space. Tents allowed with permission - a fee of $20 per camper per night applies.
