Positive: Shanti was a wonderful host — friendly, welcoming and excellent with communication both before and during our stay. The Vicarage itself is immaculate, and our room was beautifully clean, comfortable and welcoming. We had a lovely ground-floor room with a window seat overlooking the garden, which was such a nice place to sit and enjoy the view. The bed was easily the most comfortable of our entire trip, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The location is excellent too, close to the shops and within easy walking distance of the beautiful local gardens. It was the little touches that made the stay particularly memorable, the natural bathroom products and right down to the shortbreads given to us when we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would happily come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Vicarage to others.
