4 Bedroom House in Surfdale, Kennedy Point

Tui Point is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday on Waiheke Island. Recently built to take advantage of the fabulous views and all day sun, you could happily spend all day here enjoying the views!

Entering on the ground floor you are immediately drawn upstairs to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There are floor to ceiling glass windows to the front and back, sliding doors out onto large decks on both sides - you are spoilt with options as to where to sit & enjoy the sun! The kitchen is very well equipped, and with dining options inside and out this is a good house for family gatehrings. The large and super comfortable couches and a gas fire mean it is lovely house for winter too.

Off the living room is a further living area, set up as a library, but with a further TV, so perfect for the kids to hang out in. This leads onto the master bedroom, again with the wonderful views! This has a walk through wardrobe and ensuite. Note that there is also a small lift in the property, and the master bedroom and ensuite are wheelchair friendly, so perfect for those with limited mobility.

Downstairs are 3 further bedrooms, the family bathroom, along with a garage and laundry. The 2 queen bedrooms open onto a patio, which leads onto the flat lawn.

Tui Point is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk along the road to the lovely Picnic Bay beach, which has all tide swimming and a pontoon. The property has a kayak which you are welcome to use. There is a local winery and Oneroa Village and beach is only a couple of minutes drive away.

Please note that the elevated position means there is a drop at the front of the property. While this is well planted and safe, it is not fenced. We ask that any young children are well supervised.

The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Max 6 adults unless a family group.
