800 meters - To Baffalo Beach (main beach), Game Fishing Club, Main Boat Ramp and Ferry to Cooks Beach.
3km - To Airfield, Golf Course and Speedway track.

Equipped for young families - childrens toys and books available for your use, fully fenced section.
Rugby field across the road for kids to kick a ball around etc and tennis courts to keep them entertained for hours.
BBQ and cosy fire place.

Parking available for two vehicles due to a shared driveway. Parking for extra cars is available with prior arrangement with property manager.

Beds are made with Duvet and Pillows only.
If linen is required a charge of $30 per person, will apply.

Summary: We stayed as group of 6 adults. House was perfect as it had 3 queen beds. Enough seating for all in lounge, dining and outdoor space. Would definitely use again as would our friends. Perfect location 5 mins to the ocean festival. Walked to lost springs in 15.. immaculate prese tation. Thanks !
