Negative: I was disappointed with my stay at this property, despite the beautiful views. The house had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival. There were children’s handprints all over the lounge windows, and the fans—which we needed to use because it was very hot—were covered in thick dust. It took about 20 minutes to clean them, and it looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were also pieces of glass on the kitchen floor, and the oven dish had not been cleaned at all. As well as this we noticed a bit of mould in the ensuite. I contacted the support team three times over three days to request access to the vacuum cleaner, which was locked away, as the dust was triggering my asthma. The only response I received was that the office was closed, and even on the days it was open, no one followed up or returned my messages. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the accommodation.

Summary: Great locations and views but in need of a deep clean and helpful customer service.
