Fantastic indoor/outdoor living flow, with the dinning area and lounge opening out onto the large sunny deck, so very easy for meals on the deck. Heaps of seating for the deck along with very good roof cover (no umbrella needed).
Heaps of off-road parking. WiFi, TV, DVD player, Stereo, microwave and BBQ are provided. Pets are OK too, provided they're kept outside.
Close to shops, golf course and restaurants, plus the Surf Club patrolled beach only 500m away.
