This lovely two story home is situated on a elevated section with expansive views over Mercury Bay.
It has a private outdoor deck, swimming pool & BBQ area. A safe swimming beach is only a 5 minute walk & the Whitianga town centre is only 3km away. The native bush surrounds are home to a host of bird life and the open plan living areas offer you views in all directions. Ideal for couples, small groups or up to 8 guests.Base yourself here and visit all the fabulous towns and beaches close by.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom which has lovely views over the bay, a queen size bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, seperate bathroom, laundry and a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen area with stunning sea views. The living areas all flow out to the outdoor pool and entertainment area. The home is designed to ensure both the pool, outdoor entertaining areas and the view can be fully taken advantage of. Downstairs there is a king bedroom, another twin bedroom and bathroom.
If guest numbers are under 6 the downstairs area may be unavailable. The walk in wardrobe in the master will also be unavailable but there in a built in wardrobe in this room. Unfortunately the spa bath is only use-able as a bath not a spa.
We do not live in Whitianga but can be contacted at all times via phone or email and we do have a dedicated local resident who can assist you if need be. Her contact details will be made available to you before your arrival.
The house is on solar power with an automatic electric conversion if the sun is not shining so there will always be hot water.
