Positive: Keys were in the door awaiting arrival and then host came to check in on us settled in and help with some island options. Quiet. No blinds in room, so you wake up to natural light. Binoculars were in room to allow us to use. Full kitchen, no microwave that i remember. Water and small milk in fridge. Solar and wetbacks to charge house
