This perfectly positioned townhouse is a short walk to the many local cafes, bars and restaurants, the Link bus-stops and Franklin Road supermarket. Bifold doors lead to a large, private, sunny mature planted courtyard with a barbeque and outdoor table for entertaining and relaxing. The single on-site garage is remote controlled and secure.

The Harbour Bridge is in close proximity for access to the Northern Motorway. All other motorways to the south and east are also easily accessible.

Summary: Brilliant location & very handy for walking into Auckland itself (superb for car pickup). Garden delightful & a real haven. Disappointed with difficulty of getting wi-fi & it would have been nice if a small pint of milk left for us after travelling for so long & arriving in the middle of the night just so we could make a drink but overall it ticked most of our boxes of what we wanted.
