The apartment provides a complimentary, secure garage for one car (it is a narrow garage and 180cm high approximately, that will not suit large cars, or a large SUV). There is plenty of parking on the street (which is free after 6pm and on Sundays). Neighbouring streets have 2 hours free parking.
The bus stop for the CBD (and the bus link around the inner city, including to Parnell & Newmarket ) and a taxi stand are steps away. There is a cityhop carpark across the road (where you can rent the car in accordance with cityhop’s terms).
Walking is best, as everything is on your doorstep.

The apartment is a family home when not booked, where neighbours need to be considered at all times.
No parties or gatherings. No pets.
The apartment is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age.

The complimentary secure garage fits a Tesler Y but it is narrow & 180cm high and will not fit a large SUV.
Street parking is free after 6pm and all day Sunday. There is 2 hour free parking in local streets.
