Positive: Two large double bedrooms which is great for two couples. Excellent well equipped kitchen, very modern design. Plenty of hot water in both bathrooms. Great to be able to park the car. Close to Ponsonby Road with plenty of food options. 20 minute walk into Auckland. Easy process to get keys from another property just around the corner.
Summary: Smart large apartment close to amenities and very well equipped.
