The big living area and ensuite upstairs enjoy a magnificent view towards Rotorua Lake. With views and natural light, the renovated interior is beautifully curated in modern and rich tones with nice touches. The house is just 5 minutes’ drive to Rotorua CBD, shopping centers, lake front, eat street, Skyline, Spa pools and all town center amenities. With Air-conditioner (heat/cold) on both living areas and mobile heaters in bedrooms, the house uses gas water and cooking system, so you will never have to worry about the cold weather.
The living area with open kitchen and dining area downstairs gives the whole family/group plenty of space for gatherings. There’re 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a full-sized bathtub on this floor. You’ll find the other living area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, one of them is ensuite.
Linens, bedding, shower, shampoo and bath towels are provided. There are also coffee and tea provided at your arrival.
