Positive: The location is something special. The view is a spectacular coastal vista. The cabin is simple but has everything you need, very clean and has been thoughtfully presented. There is a homeliness which is immediately welcoming and relaxing. It is quintessentially Aotearoa bach, if you are going for really local experience, this would tick the boxes. Plus there is a very charming horse in the next paddock.
Negative: Cannot think of anything.
Summary: A very peaceful nostalgic stopover before resuming our trip.
