Brand new, well appointed two bedroom apartment, fully self contained. Located within close proximity of main house but is a separate building. One carpark is allocated for guests, with extra parking if required. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, very private and has a security gate. Parking available for a boat as well.
We are located on the Ruakaka River, and just a 2 min drive to Ruakaka Surf Beach, Bream Bay. Just a short drive to the World class Marsden Point Marina (5kms). Waipu (10kms), Waipu Cove & Whangarei City are all within easy reach.

Summary: A lovely tidy little home down a right of way. This was the perfect location to base ourselves after recovering from an unfortunate accident that we had experienced while travelling. We needed the peace and privacy that this house provided. The kitchen is well stocked for those who need self-catering amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the entertainment was sufficient for our needs. There was easy access to local beaches, and the local stores had all we needed for our brief stay.
