For a meal, a coffee or an evening drink, the much-loved Okere Falls Store and its craft beer garden is about 15 minutes away, and Ngongotaha village has everyday essentials a short drive south. Skyline's gondola and luge, Canopy Tours and Zorb are around 12 minutes away, with the lakefront hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa, Te Puia and the Redwoods Forest all a comfortable drive on - relaxation and adventure in easy reach.

Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb are around 12 minutes away, the lakefront, Polynesian Spa, Wai Ariki Spa and Te Puia around 20, the Redwoods roughly 25, and Rotorua Airport about 20 minutes around the lake. Rotorua's city centre is a comfortable drive south.
