The large 42 square metre space provides comfortable sleeping, living and dining, with a separate kitchenette. Outdoor patio with BBQ and outdoor dining. Well provisioned kitchenette with combination washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave and hotplate. All furniture and appliances are new in 2025. Access is via the large slider on the lake side or the kitchenette door on the other side. The studio is part of our home but is completely separate and private. This is a semi-rural lifestyle property and the most noise you are likely to hear is from the local birdlife. You may also hear our sheep in one of the adjacent paddocks. Come and enjoy a slice of paradise in Hamurana. 500 metres to lake and Hamurana Reserve walkway. Only 7kms (8 minutes) drive to Ngongotaha Village and 15 kms (18 minutes) drive to Rotorua City and its many attractions.
