Thames Coromandel a beautiful scenic drive of 2 to 3hours. The studio offers a comfortable living room area with bedroom and kitchenette incorporated in the large open plan There is a seperate bathroom and seperate toilet. The kitchenette has one hot plate for boiling water in a pot or a fry pan , an air fryer, toasted sandwich maker and a microwave. A washing machine and dryer are available with extra fees applied. There is a smaller private outdoor area also a shared area at the entrance to the studio to be enjoyed weather permitting. In the summer months there is a heated swimming pool available from October to April with owner’s permission. There is a beautiful bush walk through native bush to a stream at the bottomof the hill This requires a reasonable fitness level and permission from the owners to venture out .
