Positive: Lovely location. Private and quiet with an amazing view of the lake and Mt Tarawera. Nice and roomy and an excellent range of toys for young children. Plenty of off-street parking. Very clean and good facilities. Plenty of room in the kitchen for our own supplies

Negative: Would have been good to get some info about rubbish collection etc. There was no information sheet about the house at all that we could find. Also in the downstairs bedroom there were no bedside lights. Just one shared light over the middle of the bed. Also there was only one bedside table. So as an avid reader-in-bed and also needing somewhere to put a glass of water I really missed a bedside table and light.

Summary: Generally we had a great experience and our young grandchildren really enjoyed the toys on offer.
