Positive: It was a good size house for a group of eleven and it was well laid out in a nice part of Rotorua with lake views. We enjoyed the three levels and the three bathrooms but wouldn't suggest this property for those with very little children. With a few minor changes and a deep clean this would be a really nice property to stay at.
Negative: There are no handrails on the side of the very steep steps leading up to the house. Downstairs room too damp for us to use. Damp towels on arrival. Kitchen lacks basics like colander / sieve. Oven dishes in bad condition and some coffee mugs chipped. Needs a deep clean. Shower fans clogged with dust, venetian blinds were covered in dust, one shower curtain was mouldy,
Summary: We would probably stay again but would bring some of our own kitchen utensils.
