Summary: The property is steps away from the beach, as well as from a delicious cafe and convenience store. The property was clean and very roomy. We enjoyed playing music on the speaker and sitting on the patio. It took us time to adjust to the heat without an a/c even with many windows open but the fans provided were helpful. The location was convenient for walking to restaurants, biking on trails, and driving to Waihi town and other beaches.
