We opened our doors in September 2023 after a short break from hosting. Having welcomed travelers from all corners of the globe at our previous property, Graeme and I realised just how much we missed connecting with guests—and we poured that shared passion into designing this purpose-built, self-contained studio apartment.

* **Outdoor Space:** Enjoy the peace and privacy of your own secluded deck and courtyard, with a warm invitation to enjoy and relax in our evolving communal garden spaces whenever you like.
One of our favorite perks is our setting: tucked away on a tranquil residential street, we are fortunate to enjoy fresh, clean air away from Rotorua’s sulfur scents, while remaining moments from the region's best highlights.
