Surrounded by native bush, it feels far quieter and more natural than the city lakefront, but you're still close to everything. Hells Gate geothermal park is just up the road, the Okawa Bay Resort cafe and boat ramp are a short drive away, and the Manupirua hot pools on the far side of the lake are accessible by boat.
Getting Around:
A car is essential for getting here and exploring. The property is around 20 minutes' drive from central Rotorua, 4 minutes to Hells Gate, and roughly 25 minutes from Rotorua Airport. Off-street parking on-site means no shuffling vehicles during your stay.
