The large kitchen is designed for entertaining and offers top of the range appliances, caesar stone bench tops, gas hob and 90Cm stainless steel oven, double door stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Loads of storage. The large lounge offers stylish decor and furnishings, 55 inch Smart TV, including Sky, and sound system. Excellent quality comfortable beds. There is a large covered deck overlooking the inner harbour and golf course, with large outdoor table and chairs, along with steamer chairs on front deck. Perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Our sunsets are amazing from the deck. Off the back deck, enjoy the ambience of the outdoor fireplace. Firewood supplied.

Fabulous Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, or the cinema are only 7 mins drive, visit the Marine Reserve at Leigh or the Regional Park at Tawharanui. Lots of local vineyards, or the beautiful white sandy beach at Omaha are all only minutes away. Close to surrounding wedding venues.
