Peaceful, tranquil and very private this is an ideal place to get away from it all. The lounge and dining area flow out onto an expansive deck positioned for all day sun with views over garden terraces and neighbouring reserve.
Soak up the sun on the deck while listening to the birdsong or relax in the lounge watching movies on Netflix with the wood fire going.
Enjoy a short walk into the village for fine dining and shopping or perhaps head to Black Barn vineyard just down the road for a concert or the open air cinema.
A 20 min drive to the Art Deco capital of Napier and 25 minutes to the picturesque Waimarama and Ocean Beaches.
The house is set on large grounds with plenty of space for kids to run and play with a huge swing under the cul de sac trees.
While staying you are welcome to gather eggs from the chook house.
We have a very friendly cat called Avé who will keep you company on your stay.
She will be need to be fed morning and night and her water topped up please. She is a very friendly cat and while she loves cuddles she along with the chickens will require no extra attention.
Please note that we have bee hives. They are situated out of the way by our small vegetable garden.
We ask that you keep a respectful distance please.

Please note this is our family home, the top two drawers in each room will be made available for your personal belongings.
We will leave shelf space available in the pantry, if you get caught out on any vital ingredients for dinner please feel free to use what you can find.
Condiments will also be left in the fridge should you require.
