Waikawa Bay is just around the corner from Picton but avoids the busy ferry terminal and railway. The house is a short walk (150m) from the beach and boat ramp and there is a childrens' playground there too. With four bedrooms and a bunk room for extra guests there is space for 10 at the house. The deck is on the first floor and has electric louvres and outdoor heaters so you can enjoy being outdoors whatever the weather. Other facilities include free wifi, Sky TV, dishwasher and laundry, heat on demand hot water so you shouldn't run out mid shower and plenty of space to park your cars and boat. The kitchen is spacious and has an island which leads to the lounge and dining area offering panoramic views over the bay. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. There is a deck off the lounge with a gas BBQ. Downstairs is another double bedroom, a bunk room and a second bathroom. Outside there is extensive parking for multiple cars and boats. The nearest shops are a 5 minute drive away and Picton is approx. 10 minutes. Lots of great walks surround Waikawa Bay and fishing from both boat and shore is productive.
