Positive: I perhaps misread the email from the hosts and thought the lock box was located in the shed we had pulled into. But it was upstairs. It was easy to fix this problem
Negative: It could have been a little cleaner.
Summary: I really liked my stay here. In the best location for what ever a person wanted from Rotorua.
